Deposit and Refund Disclaimer
A 50% deposit of the total guide fees is required at the time of booking to reserve your dates. The remaining balance (100%) is due 30 days prior to your scheduled trip.

We prefer payments by cash or check. A 3% credit card processing fee will apply to all payments not made by cash or check.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with clients to reschedule or adjust their dates within the same calendar year if possible. If a trip cannot be rescheduled within the booked calendar year, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 60-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled fishing date will receive a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

• 30-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled fishing date will result in the loss of the deposit.

• Less Than 30-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled fishing date will result in the forfeiture of all deposits and funds to Missoula Fly Guy LLC.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as weather and conditions in Montana can change rapidly. While we always strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, if your guide deems conditions hazardous or unsafe, your trip will be 100% refunded.

Please note: We do not cancel trips for routine weather conditions such as rain, snow, or wind unless deemed unsafe by our guide or outfitter. Clients are expected to arrive prepared and ready to fish.

We remain flexible with changing water flows and conditions. As a freestone river, flow variations are unpredictable, but we always have contingency plans to ensure a successful fishing experience.
